Zone I includes:
Market Square (part of the parking lot that is not regulated by fixed parking attendants, but is paid for via parking machines, SMS parking and via a mobile mobile application).

Zone Ia includes:
- Market Square (part of the street that is regulated by fixed parking attendants).

Zone II includes the following streets:
- Zamalin Street,
- Lokvice Street,
- Bristak Beach,
- Central Parking (part regulated by a closed ramp),
- "Borića" Area (area between Rupe Street, Jurjevgradska Street and Put Vodica Street),
- Area under the "Rupe" football field,

- Area in front of the branch school and kindergarten building in Tribunj (Vladimir Nazor Street),
- Parking lot along Jurjeva Street in Sovlja.

Zone IIa includes:
- Central Parking (open part of the parking lot regulated by a toll booth).

Zone II.b includes:
- The area between Ribarska Street and the seaside promenade (open part of the parking lot regulated by fixed parking guards).

Zone II.c includes:
- Tribunj Market (part next to the market itself regulated by fixed parking guards).

Zone II.d includes the following streets and squares:
- Varoš Street (part of the street regulated by fixed parking guards and where there is a possibility of installing fixed parking guards),
- Put Male Gospe Street (part of the street regulated by fixed parking guards and where there is a possibility of installing fixed parking guards),
- Jurjevgradska Street (part of the street regulated by fixed parking guards and where there is a possibility of installing fixed parking guards),
- all other marked street parking spaces.

Zone II. The following zones are classified:
- Podvrh Street (part of the street regulated by fixed parking guards and where there is a possibility of installing fixed parking guards),
- Kornatska Street (part of the street regulated by fixed parking guards and where there is a possibility of installing fixed parking guards).

Trailers of passenger cars, trailers for transporting vessels and vehicles, campers, buses, trucks, trucks with trailers and the like, can be parked exclusively in the following areas:
- "Borići" area
- Parking lot along Jurjeva Street,
- Area under the "Rupe" football field.

The price for buses, trucks and trucks with trailers is 20.00 euros per day, while the price for trailers for transporting vessels and vehicles and campers is 15.00 euros per day, in designated parking lots.

a) One-hour or multi-hour parking ticket
A one-hour or multi-hour parking ticket is valid for open parking lots in Zone II and in the part of the Central Parking with a toll booth (entrance from Jurjevgradska Street), while in Zone I it can be used with a maximum stay of up to 3 hours.

The price of an hourly ticket for using temporary public parking lots with a fee for passenger vehicles for each started hour of parking is:
a) in Zone I:
- with a stay time limit of up to a maximum of 3 hours - 2.50 euros per hour,
b) in Zone II zone – 1.50 euro per hour.

b) Daily parking ticket

A daily ticket is valid from the moment of issue until the expiry of the same time on the first following day on which parking is charged, and is issued at parking machines or via the installed mobile application.

The price of a daily ticket for using temporary public paid parking lots is:
- 30.00 euros per day, and is issued via the installed mobile application (in zone I),
- 15.00 euros per day, and is issued at a parking machine or via the installed mobile application (in zone II).

As an exception to the previous paragraph, during celebrations, festivals and similar events, the price of a daily ticket in zone II (parking lot in the "Borići" area and in the area under the "Rupe" football field) is 5.00 euros per day.

c) Tourist monthly parking ticket - €80.00
The tourist monthly parking ticket is valid only for II. parking zone and for the period of time for which it was issued, except for the entire area of the Central Parking.
The right to a monthly tourist ticket is granted to a natural person or legal entity that has a registered and reported rental activity, as evidenced by the Decision on approval for the provision of catering services in a household issued by the State Administration Office in the Šibenik-Knin County, in such a way that they can own the maximum number of tourist tickets in accordance with the number of registered apartment units in the area of the Tribunj municipality.

Tourist ticket users are obliged to submit to the Parking Organizer a change in vehicle registration plates if they use
public open parking lots in the II. parking zone in the area of the Tribunj municipality.

d) Privileged monthly parking ticket for natural persons with a permanent residence – €20.00
A natural person who meets the following condition is entitled to a privileged monthly ticket:
- has a permanent residence or temporary residence in the area where parking is charged, as evidenced by an ID card or a certificate from the Ministry of the Interior about the residential address, and has a vehicle registered in their name or the name of their spouse or life partner, as evidenced by a valid vehicle registration certificate.

The parking ticket is valid for the vehicle for which it was issued, i.e. for the registration plate of the parked vehicle, for parking zone II. and for the time period for which it was issued, except in the separate part of the Central Parking.

e) Privileged monthly parking ticket for owners of buildings in the municipality without a place of residence – €35.00
A natural person who meets the following condition is entitled to a privileged monthly ticket:
- is the owner of a holiday home or weekend cottage in the Municipality of Tribunj, as proven by the title deed of the said property, and has a vehicle registered in his or her name or the name of his or her spouse or life partner, as proven by a valid vehicle registration certificate.
The parking ticket is valid for the vehicle for which it was issued, i.e. for the registration plate of the parked vehicle, for parking zone II. and for the time period for which it was issued, except for the separate part of the Central Parking.

f) Privileged monthly work parking ticket – €50.00
The right to a privileged monthly work parking ticket is granted to a legal entity and a natural person who is a craftsman who has their seat in the Tribunj municipality or who carries out their activity in the Tribunj municipality during the season, as evidenced by an extract from the court register or the trade register and who has a vehicle registered in the name of the legal entity or in the name of a natural person who is a craftsman, as evidenced by a valid vehicle registration certificate.

A person employed by a legal entity with its seat or a separate business unit in the Tribunj municipality is also entitled to a privileged monthly work parking ticket, as evidenced by valid documentation from which the existence of an employment relationship can be unequivocally established.

The privileged monthly work parking ticket is valid for the II. parking zone, except for the open part of the Central Parking.

g) Season parking ticket

For buyers of privileged monthly parking tickets, there is an option to purchase a season ticket that is valid from the day of purchase in May until the end of the parking season in September and is discounted by 20% of the total parking ticket amount.

- persons with registered residence/stay in the Tribunj municipality area – 80.00 euros,

- persons who are owners of residential buildings without registered residence – 140.00 euros,

- legal entity or natural person-craftsman with registered residence in the Tribunj municipality area – 200.00 euros,

- natural person employee of a legal entity or natural person-craftsman with registered residence in the Tribunj municipality area – 200.00 euros,

- renter of tourist accommodation in the Tribunj municipality area – 320.00 euros.

h) Monthly parking ticket with reservation of a space (parking attendant)
For natural persons residing in the municipality of Tribunj, natural persons who own holiday homes in the parking zone area designated for this purpose, for legal entities, i.e. natural persons who are craftsmen with their registered office in the parking zone area.

The price of a monthly parking ticket with a reservation for the use of temporary public parking lots with a fee is:
- in zone Ia, in the area of Trg Pijaca - 100.00 euros,
- in zone IIc in the area of Tržnica Tribunj - 45.00 euros for users of business premises of Tržnica Tribunj,
- in zone IId, in the area of Varoš Street and Put Male Gospe - 40.00 euros,
- in zone IId in the area of Jurjevgradska Street - 40.00 euros for individuals and 55.00 euros for legal entities,
- in zone IIe, in the area of Podvrh and Kornatska Streets - 55.00 euros for natural persons residents and 80.00 euros for owners of residential buildings without a permanent residence or place of residence, as well as for legal entities and natural persons who are craftsmen.

A legal entity and a natural person who is a craftsman are entitled to a monthly parking ticket with a reserved space if:
- they have their registered office in the area of the parking zone designated for this purpose, as evidenced by an extract from the court or trade register, and they have a vehicle registered in the name of the legal entity or in the name of a natural person who is a craftsman, as evidenced by a valid vehicle registration certificate.

i) Privileged monthly parking ticket with reserved space (natural and legal persons from the peninsula and the Pijaca Square contact area)

The right to a preferential monthly parking ticket with a reserved space is granted to a natural person who owns a holiday home or weekend cottage on the peninsula in Tribunj (the old town of Tribunj), as evidenced by the title deed of the property, and who also has a vehicle registered in their name or the name of their spouse or life partner, as evidenced by a
valid vehicle registration certificate.

The priority right to a preferential monthly parking ticket with a reserved space is granted to a natural person (tenant) who has a permanent residence with a longer period of residence in the area of the Tribunj municipality.

The price of a preferential monthly parking ticket with a reservation is:
- in zone II.b, in the area between Ribarska Street and the seaside promenade - 35.00 euros for an individual resident of the peninsula and the old town of Tribunj,
- in zone II.b, in the area between Ribarska Street and the seaside promenade - 80.00 euros for an individual owner of a holiday home or weekend cottage on the peninsula in Tribunj,
- in zone II.b, in the area between Ribarska Street and the seaside promenade - 100.00 euros for a legal entity.

Payment and collection of a preferential monthly parking ticket with a reservation is carried out at the cash desk

of the parking organizer, and it is issued for the entire season and is paid for once.

A user of a public parking lot commits a breach of the terms of the contract when using a paid public parking lot, which entails a contractual penalty, if:
-    does not display the purchased ticket on the inside of the windshield or is not the user of a valid parking ticket purchased from a parking machine,
-    does not use a valid parking ticket,
-    does not pay the parking ticket via SMS,
-    does not pay the parking ticket using the installed mobile application, 
-    exceeds the permitted parking time,
-    does not use the parking space in accordance with the marked horizontal markings.
  
The amount of the contractual penalty for Zone I is 30.00 euros and the penalty in question applies to a time period of 24 hours.
The amount of the contractual penalty for open parking lots in Zone II zone is 15.00 euros and the fine in question applies to a period of 24 hours.
The order for payment of the contractual penalty is issued by an authorized person of the Parking Organizer and is attached to the vehicle in an appropriate manner. 
The public parking user is obliged to act on the received order and pay the contractual penalty within 8 (eight) days in the manner specified in the order.
If the public parking user does not act on the issued order within the deadline, he is obliged to pay the reminder costs and the statutory default interest within a further eight days, in addition to the amount of the order.
If the public parking user does not make payment within the given deadlines, the Parking Organizer will initiate appropriate enforcement proceedings in its name and for its own account.

Supervision of vehicle parking (parking spaces for the disabled, parking spaces for motorcycles and motorbikes, parking spaces for buses, trucks, trucks with trailers, trailers for transporting vessels and vehicles, campers and the like in the toll zone, driveways in the toll zone, payment of parking fees, unhindered entry and exit from the parking lot, time spent by vehicles in the parking lot, control of obstructions to access to parking machines and the like) is carried out by an authorized person of the Parking Organizer.
