At Mjesno poduzeće d.o.o., we talk about teams in two contexts. We have a hierarchical, functional macro-organization, and for more complex contracts and larger development projects, we form project teams. We also talk about teams when we classify the leaders of our core business by work profiles.

There are two basic teams of leaders of our business: the workforce and organizational employees. The knowledge to perform these tasks cannot be acquired only through formal education. Learning continues in our house through practice, adopting internal standards, specialization and getting to know needs.

The Company's standards of conduct are neatness, courtesy, dress code, professionalism and appropriate behavior in traffic.
